The Demo Boutique Hotel
The Demo Boutique Hotel is located in San Pedro Cruz on the shore of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. We're a family-run business that have been here for the last 10 years. Our priorities are sustainability and wellness. We want everyone who comes to stay to feel as relaxed as possible - so we've done our best to create heaven on earth. Our eco-friendly cabins are built with sustainable materials, but don't lack creature comforts - enjoy a bath in one of the outdoor tubs, with lakeside views! Each cabin has its own fireplace burning local wood. Or relax in our spa offering natural treatments and massages, and a wood-fired sauna. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything is locally sourced, and we can accommodate any dietary requirements as requested. Our restaurant has views over the lake, and is the perfect place to watch the setting sun!
