We understand that every client is different and therefore great attention is needed to ensure we plan the perfect itinerary for you. We understand what great customer service is and work tirelessly to ensure every client experiences this. African Scenic Safaris is committed to giving you the experience of a lifetime. We can guarantee an extremely fast turnaround time to email inquires as well as clear and well-explained options. You will journey to Tanzania feeling well prepared, comfortable and confident that you are going to have an incredible holiday. Our itineraries can be as short as a day trip or a one-month fully inclusive Tanzanian adventure. There are no limits and all options can be explained to you. Unless you're wanting to join an existing group we have, we do not have set departure dates and therefore allows you to choose the exact date, which suits your other travel arrangements. We pride ourselves on being up to date with the newest lodges, best destinations and unique experiences in Tanzania. We are based in Tanzania, with all of our employees under management level, having grown up in this beautiful country. Our directors are constantly inspecting new properties and visiting new areas to be incorporated into our packages. Regular training is given to all of our guides, not just on guiding and wildlife however including first aid, wilderness first responder medical courses, driving courses and customer service. Our guides have been chosen for their knowledge, experience, professionalism, attention to detail, sense of humour and communication skills. They are fluent English speakers and it’s their mission to ensure you have the best holiday possible. African Scenic Safaris works hard to keep our staff happy with great working conditions and in return, they love and appreciate their jobs and committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. We offer a full range of accommodation options whilst in Tanzania. Although the comfort level may change depending on what you choose, what won’t change, is fantastic locations. You are here to experience the best wildlife in Africa therefore we won’t sacrifice accommodation locations, just to save a few dollars. The campsites we use are either within the parks or in the best location to the park. They have public shower and toilet facilities as well as a dining area. For those wanting more luxury on your safari, we offer a range of permanent and moveable luxury tented camps, as well as larger lodge style properties. This range of flexibility insures every client receives the most out of their experience, based on requirements and budget. We believe very strongly that every company should ensure their clients are making a positive impact on the destination they travel to - especially here in Africa. As a very poor country, thousands of local people rely on work generated from tourism. Although tourism is a major source of employment here, it can cause some negative effects. African Scenic Safaris does everything possible, to ensure all of our clients provide a benefit to this beautiful country and its people. This could be as simple as booking your travel through African Scenic Safaris and therefore helping us fund our charity. It’s making sure any cultural visits you do are to support and not commercialise the local people. It’s supporting a company that are members of the Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project and therefore advocating for proper porter treatment. It’s ensuring that all of our clients leave campsites how they found them and not littered or any damage done to the local environment.
